Prawn salad with honey and lots of vitamins!

- a dozen large prawns, cooked
- 2 kiwis
- 2 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- honey
- sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- salad (young shoots)

Step 1
Prepare the fruit:
- Cut the kiwi into slices
- Cut one and a half orange into slices and then again in two, keeping the last half of one orange for the juice
- Do the same with the grapefruit and keep 1/4 for the juice.
Step 2
-Brush the prawns with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 3
Mix the juices (orange and grapefruit) and add the prawns and salad mixed with fruit. Salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
