Step 1

Repeat by changing the order: 1/3 of the mussels, then 1/3 of spinach and the tomato. Then for the last layer, start with the tomatoes, then mussels, then the spinach.

Step 2

Put in the oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes. Use the tip of a knife to check for doneness.
Remove the cake from the oven when cooked and wait 15 minutes before turning it out gently if you want to eat it hot.
