Step 1
Heat the pan with a little olive oil, add the onion and sliced leeks cut into small pieces.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook the leeks and onion about 15 minutes until they are soft.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, add the herbs, salt and pepper and fresh goats cheese, crumbled.
Spread out the pastry in a pie tin and add the leeks and onion. Pour over the second mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes checking cooking. It's ready! Bon appetit!
