Courgette and prawn bake

Cut the courgettes into slices without peeling (if large, remove the seeds)
- 3 kg courgettes
- 500 gr prawns
- Olive oil
- 200 g cream
- 200 gr grated cheese
- salt, pepper, 1 clove garlic, parsley and onion

- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
- 200 g can of chopped tomatoes

- handful of basil leaves, torn
- 35 g mozzarella, torn into chunks
