Shooter's Sandwich

- 1 large loaf of crusty bread
- 3 medium sized steaks
- 14 mushrooms, finely diced
- 8 shallots, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
- a little butter and olive oil for frying mushroom mix
- horseradish cream or hot mustard for spreading
Soy, Ginger and Garlic Drumsticks

Lower Fat Quiche

I LOVE quiche but I don't love how fatty and unhealthy they can be
- 3 baking potatoes
- 4 medium eggs
- 150 ml skimmed milk or any non-dairy liquid substitute (be careful of anything with too strong a flavour as it can be too strong)
- 2 cups grated low fat cheese (you can also use a non-dairy version of this - I did and it came out the same as regular cheese!)
- 1 cup finely diced ham
- 1 cup finely sliced spring onion, lightly fried
Thai Fish Cakes (Tod Man Pla)

Whenever I go out to eat and have Thai food, fish cakes are the one thing I HAVE to have so thought that this weeke...
- 2 fillets of mild white fish (I used about 350g) very finely chopped or blitzed quickly in a blender
- 3 kaffir lime leaves finely sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon very finely chopped lime peel
- 2 teaspoons red Thai curry paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 cup finely sliced green beans
