- 500ml Milk
- 400ml Double Cream

- 500g Castor Sugar
- 40g Sultanas

Buttermilk Fried Chicken

This way of cooking chicken is so good
- 8 Chicken pieces, legs, thighs or a mix of the 2.
- 500ml Buttermilk (you can buy this or make your own)
- Oil, Rapeseed or Sunflower work well, enough for about 2-3 in your pan
- 300g Plain Flour
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Prawn and Chorizo Jambalaya

Here’s a great midweek meal
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 2 Carrots, finely diced
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
- 150g Chorizo, sliced
- 1 Chilli, finely diced (or as much as you can handle!)
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
- 600ml Chicken Stock
- 250g Long Grain Rice
- 100g Prawns
- 1 Lemon, just the juice
- Coriander, to garnish
Spiced Lamb Casserole
