  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato chopped in rings

  • 4 egg's 8oz sugar 8oz butter (dairy free) 8oz s/r flour
  • beat egg's and sugar together till nice and fluffy add butter and then flour and mix well divide mixture into a giant cupcake mould and bake for 1hr one the middle shelf gas mark 3 while it's cooling make the butter cream 8oz of dairy free butter to 16oz of icing sugar
  • beat the sugar till nice and soft and add the icing sugar slowly the longer you mix the smoother the butter cream
  • When all done crumb coat base and cover in green fondant then just have fun topping with all you favorite treat's :)
