- 3 large eggs
- 85g caster sugar
- 70g flour 20g cocoa
- Icing:
- 200g soften butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 400g icing sugar

Step 1
Whisk the egg and sugar till thick. Sieve flour and cocoa together. Fold in flour and cocoa.
Pour mixture into lined Swiss roll tin. Bake in hot oven for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Turn cake out and roll up the Swiss roll on greaseproof paper. Leave to cool.
Step 3
Cream butter and icing sugar together. Mix cocoa with 1 teaspoon hot water to form a paste. Add cocoa paste to icing sugar. Mix well.
Step 4
Spread the icing into the cake roll the cake up and decorate into a log.
