- 200g bulgar wheat
- 1 pomegranate (seeds of)
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 75g feta cheese
- 1 red pepper (or use another colour if preferred)
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Step 1
Prepare bulgar wheat as per packet instructions
De-seed your pomegranate
Chop onion and de-seed and chop the pepper
When bulgar wheat has cooled, combine with pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes and pomegranate
Crumble in the feta cheese
Whisk vinegar and oil together and pour over the mixture
