Preparation
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast all together.
Then add and mix butter and water
Step 2
Spread some loose flour on a flat surface and knead the dough through that for roughly 20mins (or use a breadmaker if at hand).
Once done put the result in a bowl, cover it and let it rest for 1 hour to rise.
Step 3
Make spheres from the dough and place them on a greased baking plate. Allow 45 minutes for furter rising
Step 4
Finish the rolls by putting them in the pre-heated overn (200°C non fan-assisted, for fan assisted other settings apply) for 12-14 minutes.
After baking allow to rest for an additional 10 minutes
In a small household just reduce all ingredients by half to get 12 servings, the mentioned times needed to complete the recipe remain unchanged.
Store in a dry and cool place (e.g. a bread box)
