Ingredients
- 100g SR flour
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 tabsp. Cocoa
- A pinch of salt
- 120 ml milk
- 25g butter (melted)
- Topping:
- 100g soft brown sugar
- 25g cocoa
- 400 ml hot water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, caster sugar, salt and cocoa together. Stir in milk and butter. Pour the mixture into a1L oven proof dish.
Step 2
Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and cocoa. Pour hot water over the top of the mixture.
Step 3
Bake in the oven Gas Mark 4/180C/350F for 50-60 minutes. When cooked the top will be firm and the chocolate sauce move to the bottom of the dish. Delicious with ice cream.
