- 200g sugar
- 5 talbespoons of golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemonade
- 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the syrup, sugar, vanilla extract and white wine vinegar and begin to heat softly to disintergrate the sugar into the mixture.
Step 2
Bring to a boil at a high heat for a few minutes, once suitably hot stir in the lemonade and then the bicarbonate of soda
Step 3
Once combined pour into moulds to set or onto a baking tray
