Fluffy yorkshire puddings
Get fluffy risen yorkshire puddings every time
- 150 ml water
- 1 large egg
- 25ml butter
- salt and pepper
- self raising flour

crack the egg into 150ml of water, add the butter and whisk in the salt and pepper
Slowly add the flour whisking each until smooth until you have a thick mixture
Pour into little cup cake moulds for individual yorkshires or into a large tin for a huge celebratory yorkshire.
Bake until firm, golden and well risen, crack the surface to reveal a delicate fluffy inside.
Preheat the tray with a little oil to make releasing the yorkshires easy.
