Really Tasty Onion Rings

Light and Crispy Deep Fried Onion Rings - a family recipe that goes well with everything from burgers and hotdogs to steaks
Ingredients
- 2 Large onions
- Milk
- 50g Plain Flour
- Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Paprika or other spice if you prefer

Preparation
Step 1
Slice onions into rings and seperate into a large bowl
Step 2
Cover onion rings with milk and leave to soak for 10 minutes
Step 3
Whilst onion rings are soaking mix flour, salt and pepper and paprika together in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Drain the onion rings and place in the flour mixture to coat
Step 5
Fry the onion rings in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp.
Step 6
Drain on a plate covered with kitchen paper and serve.
