Prawns with honey and sesame

In a pan, heat the peanut oil, there must be about half the pan full in order to fry the prawns.
Shell the prawns and roll them into a plate full of cornstarch.
Then put them in the hot pan and let them cook until golden brown and the batter has formed around the prawns.
Then remove them from the pan. Add honey to the pan, to taste, wait till the mixture is heated through, then dip the prawns back in and add the sesame seeds.
Little trick if you find the prawns too greasy, place them on a piece of kitchen roll on a plate, covered with a second peice of kitchen roll for 2 minutes to absorb the excess grease, then serve.
