Preparation
Step 1
Wash and dice the tomatoes.
Step 2
Wash and chop the chicory finely.
Step 3
Cut the ham into thin strips.
Step 4
Place in a bowl and season with oil and lemon.
Step 5
Mix the cream and the cheese. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
Step 6
Place a portion in each glass, ending with a spoonful of sauce. Keep in the fridge for 1h 30mins.
