Soft-centred chocolate and pecan cakes

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave.

Step 2

Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the sugar then add the flour mixture, previously sifted. Mix.

Step 3

Add the chocolate mixture and mix well, add the pecans and gently stir. Pour the batter into cake tin.

Step 4

Bake about 25 minutes at 200-220°C. Remove the cake from the tin when it is cooled.
