Preparation

Step 1

Remove the mushroom stems and cut them into small pieces. Peel the mushroom tops.
Mix the cream cheese with the diced mushroom stems.
With this stuffing, fill the tops and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Grease an oven dish, place the mushrooms in the dish, making sure they don't roll over. Bake for 20 minutes at 200-210°C.
