Step 1
Mix the flour and yeast. Add the eggs and whisk to obtain a smooth mixture. Add the oil, warm milk, fromage blanc (or cottage cheese), pepper and a pinch of salt. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Generously butter a loaf tin, and keep cool. Fry the bacon lardons with no extra fat. Add the pine nuts in the pan and then after a few minutes the stoned prunes. Mix well on high heat for 30 seconds, then strain to remove the cooking fat.
Step 2
Pour into the first bowl. Add the grated cheese. Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 40 minutes.
