Chocolate Apple Cake

A lovely chocolate apple cake with cream cheese frosting
- To decorate. :- 1 sliced apple
- For the sponge.
- 1105g soft butter
- 110g self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 110g caster sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- For the cream cheese frosting:-
- 225g cream cheese, softened
- 65g soft butter
- 125g sieved icing sugar
- Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
Caramel Crunch Shortbread

A nice sweet shortbread, similar to Millionaire shortbread
- Plain flour 175grams
- Caster Sugar 55 grams
- 120 grams of butter, include a little extra to grease the tin.
- 3 Oreo's crushed
- 1 packet of Renshaws Simply Melt Toffee Buttons.
- 1 tin of Caramel condensed milk
- 3 digestive biscuits crushed.
- *optional* Sprinkles
Beef and Spinach Pithivier

A classic French savoury pastry filled with Beef and Spinach
- 800g of Beef mince
- 1 white onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 2 teaspoons of ground coriander
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 80g of chopped roughly spinach leaves
- 8 sheets of ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg, lightly whisked
Oat Cookies

Delicious oat cookies that can be enjoyed any time of year
- 125g butter, softened
- 100g light brown soft sugar
- 1 egg
- 35g caster sugar
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 75g flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 150g porridge oats
