" Don't be afraid to experiment with food, you could end up creating something amazing. "

Hello Kayleigh, so tell us...

When did you begin your blog and what inspired you to start it?

I won a cooking competition when i was ten but i have always loved to cook. My nan is a great inspiration to me and when i was younger i helped her to make various desserts and savoury foods.

What kind of people do you write for?

All ages, though i do hope to inspire other young teenagers.

Are you involved in the blogging community - how do you attract new readers?

I try and tweet blog posts on a regular basis and I'm also a member of the Foodies100

What are your goals for this blog? Where would you like to see it in the next year? Five years?

I hope to gain lots more viewers and comments from people all over the world. In five years it would be nice to be known as an expert food blogger and hopefully get at least one mention in a popular food magazine.

What is your favorite type of cuisine?

American

If you could be a contestant or guest on any cooking show what show would you choose?

Great British Bake Off

Are there any chefs that you admire in particular?

Mary Berry, Paul Hollywood, Buddy Valastro and John Whaite.

What is your earliest memory involving food?

In primary school i used to make smoothies and cupcakes which i really enjoyed.

Are you or have you ever been a picky eater?

I used to be when i was younger but now i am willing to try anything at least once.

Any last words or message for our readers?

Don't be afraid to experiment with food, you could end up creating something amazing.
