Recently, I have started Ruchira Videshini, my effort to rise to Late Kamalabai Ogale the author of Ruchira and preserve her original recipes. I am trying my best to adapt the recipes to suit the modern kitchen and with substitutes whereever needed for the possibility of different situations, locations around the world or the lack of resources.
