Step 1
1 Place the grapes in a casserole for 5 min
2 Once cooled, pour the juice of the grapes through a clean cloth. Recover a litre of grape juice, pressed
3 Mix the juice with gelifying agent (pectin, agar, pectin).
4 Bring to a boil and keep at a boil for 1 minute.
5 Add sugar and stir
6 Bring to a boil again for 5 minutes
7 Skim and put in jars .
8 Return the jars and leave to cool.
