- 350g Greek yoghurt
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
- dash of olive oil
- paprika for garnish

Step 1
Peel and de-seed the cucumber and then shred or grate.
Tip onto a piece of muslin and squeeze out all the excess liquid.
Combine yoghurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve with tour choice of dipping vegetables.
