Ingredients

  • 400g turkey breast, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp minced lemongrass
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • small bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
  • black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the grill to medium.
Put the turkey into a food processor and pulse until minced.
Add the lemongrass, garlic, lime zest and juice, soy sauce, coriander and chilli.
Pulse again until fully combined.
Tip the mix into a bowl and add some black pepper.
Shape into 4 patties and place onto a non stick baking tray.
Grill until slightly browned on each side and cooked through.
