This fish finger sandwich is delicious , nutritious ad simple to make. It have always been my family's favourite. It is low in fat ad has lots of salad in it

Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal bread roll
- 6 fish fingers
- 2-3 lettuce leaves
- 5 thin slices cucumbers
- 1 tomato ( sliced)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Place the fish fingers under a grill ad cook for 8-10 minutes till golden brown.
Split the bread roll into half. Spread with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Place a piece of lettuce on the bottom half of the bread roll. Arrange three fish fingers on the bread, then spread with tomato ketchup. Arrange another 3 fish fingers on top.
Step 3
Place the sliced tomato ad cucumber on top and then the lettuce. Spread a litter more mayonnaise. Finally place top half of the bread roll on top to make a double decker sandwich. Enjoy.
Always use a good quality fish fingers. Add sweet chilli sauce instead of ketchup if you like it hot
