Preparation

Step 1

Directions: Take two sturdy tumblers (at least half-pint capacity). Add 5 ice cubes per glass. Slice the lemon and add a good chunk to each glass, giving it a quick squeeze over the ice first. Add a good slug of gin, then maybe a little bit more. Top up with tonic. For the full Denis Thatcher effect add a splash of gin on top. Serve, and let the good times roll. Cheers!

Flintstones BBQ:
What is it? The best way to finish a great day and to start an unforgettable night.
Ingredients: Charcoal, lighter fluid, fire lighters, matches. Meat of all varieties, rolls, crisps, dips, salad.
Directions: Place charcoal on top of firelighters, soak in lighter fluid, strike match. Stand back. Consume G&T (see above) for an hour with crisps and dip. Place meat above fire. Consume more G&T, crisps and dips. When meat catches fire, remove from grill. Place in rolls with ketchup. Consume. If guests notice chicken is medium rare, pour remaining lighter fluid on nearest Ben. Light match. Pause. Extinguish flames. Watch ladies rush to assist casualty. Throw away salad. Proceed to hospital.
