- Strawberries
- Whipping cream
- Caster sugar
- Vanilla paste

Preparation
Step 1
Chop the strawberries and sprinkle over a little caster sugar and let sit for 5 mins.
Step 2
Whip the whipping cream until thick and fluffy.
Step 3
Mash half the strawberries with a fork or scrunch in your hands. Put one meringue nest in a bowl, cover with some of the cream, then some of the mashes strawberries and with some of the chopped strawberries.
Step 4
Drizzle over a little vanilla paste and serve.
