Ingredients
- 250g white flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 litre of whole milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30ml of sunflower oil

Preparation
Step 1
Put the flour in a mixing bowl.
Add half the milk gradually, then eggs, one by one, then the remaining milk.
Add the oil.
Leave for one hour (1/2 hour in the fridge).
Step 2
After one hour the batter is ready to start making your thin pancakes.
