Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop the onions, steam them in hot butter for 5 minutes, deglaze with white wine and simmer gently for 10 minutes, until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
Step 2
Coarsely chop the parsley. With the onions and 2/3 of cheese, reduce to a puree in a blender or with an immersion blender.
Step 3
Season the pork, sear them briefly in boiling oil and arrange in a baking dish. Pour over the cheese sauce.
Step 4
Grill for 5 minutes under the preheated grill.
