Pineapple with crab

Cut the pineapple in half.
Dig out the middle by cutting around with a sharp knife and remove the pulp with a spoon.
Remove the central part that is hard and crush the rest with a fork (do not blend or the pulp becomes too liquid).
Mix the pineapple puree with mayonnaise and the crab meat (keep the bigger pieces for decoration).
Fill the pineapple halves with this mixture.
