Veal stew with green beans

Step 1

- Fry the onion in a pan.

Step 2

- Add the beans, and tomato sauce (and herbs).

Step 3

- Season to your liking (very little or not at all if you add a stock cube) and add the crushed garlic.

Step 4

- Cover and cook on low heat.

Step 5

- Meanwhile, cut the veal cutlets into thin strips.

Step 6

- In another frying pan(or better, a wok), fry quickly the strips of veal.

Step 7

- Add them to the beans.

Step 8

For those who prefer, heat the coconut milk, add a touch of miso, then stir into the veal and bean stew. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
