The day before or the morning ...
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the aubergines lengthwise, place on a baking tray, pepper and salt lightly, drizzle with olive oil.
Do the same with the peppers, cut into strips. Bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn off the oven and leave to cool in the oven.
Step 2
The next day, mash the feta cheese with chopped herbs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and pepper.
Grill the merguez or spicy sausages. Cover the strips of aubergine with the feta, serve with the peppers and the sausages either hot or cold.
