Preparation
Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry, spread with taramasalata, place slices of smoked salmon on top and roll in from each side (so like a palm tree).
Step 2
Bake in the oven at the temperature on the pastry package. 
When cooked slice into bite size portions, (for cocktails, pre-dinner nibbles or as a starter with a green salad with lemon dressing)
