Homemade Christmas Lollipops

Give the gift of sparkly candy-cane flavoured lollipops to your loved ones this year
- 420g white granulated sugar
- 140g Liquid glucose (light corn syrup for my American Friends)
- 2 fl oz (about 60ml) water
- 3 teaspoons peppermint Extract
- FOR DECORATION: (I've included links to the products I used)
- Lollipop sticks
- Edible Glitter

Quick to make, easy to eat and good for you to boot!
- 200g wholemeal Rye flour (I used doves because they are the best in my opinion)
- 50g coconut oil (if you really can't find any, use 3 tablespoons olive oil instead)
- 100ml boiling water
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (On the advice of a vegan friend, checking the back of mine, showed that it was a vegan brand, but you'll need to check the back of yours to be sure)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- For the biscuits
- 400g whole grain rye flour (I used doves organic)
- 60g unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 200ml boiling water
- For the hash
- 1 can of mixed pulses (I used a three bean mix in water)
- Roughly 6 tablespoons cooked lentils.
- 1 red onion
- 1 white onion
- 1 red pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Handful of fresh chopped spinach
- 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chilies
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 200ml boiling water
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil.
Richy Chocolately Stuff Truffles

Working with chocolate is usually a massive pain the wooden spoon
- Ingredients you will need:
- 300ml double cream
- Tablespoon light soft brown sugar
- 200g chocolate spread (if you want to go nutty, use Nutella instead)
- 100g dark Chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
- 300g Milk Chocolate (about 2 large Easter eggs)
- For coating you can use:
- Cocoa powder (the best)
- Icing sugar
- A mixture of cocoa powder & icing sugar
Warm Spiced Popcorn

You will need to pop your kernels! Ooh, I love this part
- 70g Popcorn kernels (readily available from supermarkets & health food shops)
- 70g golden syrup (corn Syrup)
- 35g runny honey
- 40g golden caster sugar
- teaspoon vanilla extract
- 70g salted butter
- 1 tablespoon mixed spice
- 100ml water.
- Pinch of nutmeg
Thyme Lord Chicken

- 1 Large chicken - insides pre-removed. (I always use free-range organic, high welfare.)
- 1 Big bunch of fresh thyme
- 1 lemon
- 1 small bulb of garlic
- Sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Olive oil
- Bow tie optional. Of course.
