  • 200g dried cous cous
  • 1 red apple
  • 10 green and 10 red grapes
  • 1 large orange
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 100g fresh or tinned pineapple
  • 4 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 knob of butter

Step 1

Put the cous cows in a heatproof dish and cover with boiling water
Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes until the water has been absorbed
Core and dice red apple
Chop grapes and cherry tomatoes in half
Peel and slice orange and pineapple
When water has absorbed into the cous cous, fluff with a fork and add a knob of butter
Stir in the other ingredients
Rip the mint and garnish the salad ready to serve
