- a pot of natural yoghurt
- fresh tomatoes
- peppers red green and yellow
- a small green capsicum chilly
- pinch of salt
- cucumber

Step 1
dice all the vegetable and chop the chilli fine then grind it in a pestle and mortar.
Step 2
add all the diced vegetable and ground chilli to the yoghurt
add salt to taste.
