- 120 grams of plain chocolate

Step 1
Break chocolate into equally small pieces. Place chocolate into a bowl and place over a pan of hot water.
Wait until the chocolate is reasonably soft.
Step 2
Separate the egg yolks and whites and add the yolks to the chocolate. Also add the sugar at the same time. Save the whites for the next stage.
Step 3
Stir until the mixture is soft. Now take the mixture and as it begins to cool keep mixing. Once it is cool but not set, get the whipped cream and the egg whites that were saved, and fold onto the chocolate. Remember to whisk the egg whites before placing onto the chocolate.
Step 4
Now serve and enjoy.
