- 1 packet of chocolate balls
- 100g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoon cream

Step 1
Melt dark chocolate over a bowl of warm water. Do not over heat. Remove from heat. Stir in cream.
Step 2
Arrange the pear and chocolate balls in two cles dishes. Pour over the warm chocolate sauce. Serve and enjoy.
Do not melt the chocolate on high heat or it will split
