- 300g milk chocolate
- 100g butter
- 140g golden syrup
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 200g digestives
- 40g Rice Krispies
- 100-140g mini eggs
- 50g white chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Line a 20x30cm tin with baking paper.
Roughly chop/break the digestives into small chunks.
Step 2
Break the milk chocolate into chunks and melt in a microwave, stirring occasionally.
Add the butter and golden syrup and stir gently until there are no more lumps.
Step 3
Add the vanilla, digestives and Rice Krispies.
Mix well until everything is well coated. (Try not to snack on too much, although even at this stage it is delicious!)
Step 4
Tip the mixture into the tin and flatten with the back of a spoon.
Scatter mini eggs over the top and press into the 'cake'.
Put in the fridge.
Step 5
Once set, melt the white chocolate in a microwave.
Drizzle white chocolate over the cake and return to the fridge.
Step 6
Cut into chunks.
