- 50g cocoa powder
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 100g butter
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 175g self raising flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 300g caster sugar
- Zest of 2 oranges

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Grease a round baking tin
Step 3
Mix together the cocoa powder & the orange juice to form a paste
Step 4
Add all other ingredients & mix until smooth
Step 5
Pour into cake tin & bake for 55 minutes
Step 6
Allow to cool slightly before placing on a wire rack
