- 120g white chocolate
- 100g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150g caster sugar
- 100g flaked almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/Gas4 for 10 minutes. Grease and line a 23cmx23cm baking tin.
Break chocolate into small pieces a bowl. Melt the chocolate gently over a pan of warm water. Leave to cool down slightly.
Step 2
Whisk eggs and sugar together in a food mixer. Whisk in the cool white melted chocolate. Add in flaked almonds and the fold in the flour.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a prepared tin. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes till the cake is firm to the touch.
Step 4
Remove from the oven Leave to cool. Dust with icing sugar. Cut into small squares. Store in an air tight tin.
White chocolate chips can be added fro extra taste
