- 300g sr flour
- 80g cocoa powder
- 1tblspoon baking powder
- 1/4 tesp salt
- 250g granulated sugar
- 100g melted butter
- 250ml buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 150g greens and blacks dark chocolate chopped

Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 200c
lined and grease muffin baking tray
mix together flour cocoa baking powder salt buttermilk and eggs into large bowl
add all dry and wet ingriedeints together and mix until smooth
save 1/4 of the chocolate for the tops
divide the mixture into 12 filling until full sprinkle remaining chocolate on the tops
bake for 15-20 or until tester comes out clean
make sure you grease the baking tray
dont remove from tray until cool
