Diots Savoy sausages in goats cheese

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into 4, then cook them in a steam cooker.
During this time, fry the onion, previously sliced, in olive oil. Add the diots and cook for 15/20 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Deglaze the diots with white wine and then remove from heat. Cut your diots into thick slices.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Divide the onions and diots in the ramekins. Add a few pieces of peeled tomatoes and potatoes on top. Then add slices of the two goat's cheese.
Sprinkle with basil and a small bay .
Bake for 20 minutes and let them brown slowly. Remove from oven and accompany with a lightly seasoned salad. It's ready!
