Celery soup with foie gras

Peel the celery and potatoes, dice them. Heat some oil in a saucepan and fry the cubes.
Once the vegetables have browned, cover with hot water, milk and salt, and cook (15 min or less). Once the vegetables are cooked, blend into a soup, adjusting the consistency to your liking by adding or emptying some water (it's a good idea to drain the excess water before blending, adding back it gradually).
Add the foie gras and blend into the soup, taste and adjust the seasoning. You can keep some foie gras for presentation.
