Valentine's raspberries semi-freddo

A romantic half frozen dessert made with cream and greek yogurt and enriched with raspberries and chocolate chips
- 300 ml double cream
- the juice of half a lemon
- 200 g greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 200 g raspberries
- fresh roses
- freeze dried raspberries to decorate
- edible pink sparkle
Festive Choco-Cream Twisters

Make the white pastry by working the butter with the sugar to a creamy consistency
- For the white pastry:
- 250 g self raising flour
- 100 g sugar
- 90 g butter
- 3 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tbsp honey
- a pinch of salt
- For the chocolate pastry:
- 250 g self raising flour
- 120 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 40 g full fat milk
- 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
