Lime Frosted Gingerbread Cookie Bars

Preheat your oven to 190c/375f and line baking tray with greaseproof paper
- For the Cookie Bars:
- 225g / 1 Cup Butter, room temperature (make sure you use the best quality butter you can get your hands on)
- 340g / 1 2/3 Cup Caster Sugar
- 85g / 1/3 CupDark Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Medium Egg & 1 Yolk
- 425g / 3 1/3 Cup Plain Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Tsp Ginger
- 3/4 Tsp All Spice
- For the Buttercream:
- 110g / 1/2 Cup Butter
- 250g / 2 Cup Icing Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Zest of 1 Lime
- 1-2 Tbsp Lime Juice
