Preparation

Step 1

crush the biscuits and place in a bowl. melt the butter and add to the crumbs mix in throughly. mixture should be moist not soaked if to soggy add a few more biscuit crumbs. press firmly into cake tin and also around the sides too this helps hold the cheese cake lovely trust me it sticks too. place in fridge to help set.

Step 2

melt the white chocolate in a bowl try not to burn it. allow to cool for a little while

Step 3

whip the cream until soft peaks start to form. gently add the melted chocolate to the cream folding it in. then fold in both tubs of the cheese then add chocolate chips mix gently until even.

Step 4

grab your base and fill it with your cheese mix. allow to set for half an hour in fridge.

Step 5

take your carnation caramel and stir it a little to make it a little runny. take you cheese cake from fridge and pour the caramel over the cheese cake and evenly spread around dont allow it to over flow.

Step 6

to finish grate your caramac chocolate over the top of the cheese cake and place back in the fridge to allow to set a little longer for roughly an hour.

Step 7

serve and enjoy.

WARNING. You may find that the caramel looks amazing you maybe tempted to just eat it from the spoon it is nice but remember its for the cheesecake. might have some left over though to indulge in. and may only need on bar of caramac so go on while no ones looking have a nibble :)
