White Chocolate Almond Brownies


This brownies are made with white chocolate. It is absolutely delicious.

  • 120g white chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 100g flaked almonds
  • 125g flour
  • 50g ground almond

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C/Gas4 for 10 minutes. Grease and line a 23cmx23cm baking tin.

Break chocolate into small pieces a bowl. Melt the chocolate gently over a pan of warm water. Leave to cool down slightly.

Step 2

Whisk eggs and sugar together in a food mixer. Whisk in the cool white melted chocolate. Add in flaked almonds, ground almonds and the fold in the flour.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a prepared tin. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes till the cake is firm to the touch.

Step 4

Remove from the oven Leave to cool. Dust with icing sugar. Cut into small squares. Store in an air tight tin.


This brownies are lovely when serve with a white chocolate sauce
