Apple and Chocolate Crumble

A delicious wintertime treat a little on the naughty side with added chocolate chunks.
Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate
- 300g flour
- 175g sugar
- 200g I can't believe its not butter
- 50g ginger nuts
- 500g apples
- 50g sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- powdered cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Crush the ginger nuts and add to the flour and 175g sugar and butter and mix into a breadcrumb mixture
Step 2
Mix thin slices of apple with small cubes and sprinkle over the remaining flour sugar and cinnamon powder.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and spoon the apples into the bottom and place the crumble mixture onto the top
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180
Step 5
Once cooked serve with custard, ice cream, or a soating of sugar.
Once cooked layer slices of crumble to make a delicious tempting dessert.
